Childbirth is a special event.  The memories of it will last your whole life long.  Every woman deserves extra support to help her navigate the experience so that she has the best possible care and is filled with cherished memories. 

 

As a doula, I help women through the emotional and physical demands of childbirth.  I work to compliment and enhance the support of others, such as the father/partner, other relatives, or special friends that may be present during labor.  Consistent support is given at your home, birth center, or hospital, providing you comfort and a calm presence throughout the duration of the labor and delivery. I honor your birthing wishes, respect your journey, and bring knowledge of childbirth for your added strength and sense of wellbeing.
